Mr. Williams, as Chairman & CEO has over 40 years of executive level business leadership experience, as either a major contributor to an organization’s success or as the chief executive officer of his own business organizations. Terry is well rounded and has executive level experience in the following industries: Investment Advisory / Telecommunications / Information Technologies / Nonprofit Management / Human Services and Healthcare Industries / Global Economic Development. As a “Social Entrepreneur”, he likes to use “Designed Thinking” to tackle society’s hardest problems.

As a “Servant Leader”, Terry has compassion and love for people. Professionally, Terry has extensive background in corporate finance, organizational development, regulatory compliance, international trade and social impact investing.

Terry’s passion is to travel the world and make a difference in the lives of others through his gifts and talents. To leave a lasting impression and impact in carrying out the mission of serving the needs of underserved populations. He is truly blessed with knowledge and wisdom in many subject areas in business and industry. Never one to turn down a challenge, it’s very exciting for him to take a vision and turn it into a reality. As an experienced executive, Terry has extensive knowledge in advising business start-ups and growth strategies, for both for-profit and non-profit business organizations.

including clinical supervision towards Licensed Professional Counselor and Addiction Counseling Services. Specialized training and supervision in Trauma Centered Care since 1992. Qualified expert witness for the Colorado Office of Respondent Parent’s Counsel in behavioral healthcare including mental health, domestic violence, developmental disabilities, substance abuse and child welfare reasonable efforts in the noted specialties. Qualified trainer in Motivational Interviewing (2003 Wintergreen, Virginia) and Solution Focus Brief Therapy (SFBT).
