Who We Are

The history of CentrePoint Home Health Care dates back to 2009 and a vision to help children and young adults to be protected and to live safely at home with comfort, independence, and dignity. Since then, we have grown from our humble beginnings, made the incredible decisions along the way to grow to become a State of Colorado leaders in healthcare and human services by attracting like-minded and compassionate professionals to join us in our mission. We are recognized as a “Mission Driven” organization, that the trust and relationship of our clients is our stewardship. We understand nothing is more important than their safety and well-being. We provide the highest quality care in the home spanning every age group and level of care: from pediatrics to geriatrics, and from critical care to just being there as a companion. Our name has evolved over the years — from Nehemiah Behavioral Health to CentrePoint Support Living, LLC our intellectual Developmental Disabilities I/DD operating division, which as a Medicaid provider cares for children and adults with autism, cerebral palsy and down syndrome. It all started with a dream and vision to care for those that could not take care of themselves. As I reflect on the evolution in the depth and breadth of our services. The one thing that will never change is our commitment to providing exceptional care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. It’s embedded in our culture and the philosophy of the CentrePoint Way. If you or a family member ever needs care, we are just a phone call away, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
